Yulia Aziza, MD, PhD works as Consultant of Cornea, Infection and Immunology, Department of Ophthalmology, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia, and Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital. She completed her Ph.D. dissertation in Regenerative Medicine and Visual Science at the Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine, Kyoto, Japan.

She graduated as an Ophthalmologist and completed an Infection and Immunology Fellowship at the Department of Ophthalmology, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia. She is the head of eye cluster at private clinical service of Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital and medical coordinator of Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital Eye Bank.

She actively involves severalorganizations. She takes part as Donor and Recipient Development Division of Indonesian Eye Bank since 2017, Public Relations of Indonesian Ophthalmologist Association (IOA) within 2013-2019, treasurer of Indonesian
Ophthalmologist Association (IOA) Jakarta Branch on 2018-2020, and secretary of Indonesian Ocular Infection and Immunology Society. She
