Dr. Vanissa Chow is the Medical Director of Hospital Authority Eye Bank, Consultant and Head of Corneal and External Eye Diseases and Cataract Service at the Hong Kong Eye Hospital.  She is also honorary associate professor at DOVS, Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her special interests include lamellar keratoplasty, ocular surface diseases and medical uses of contact lenses.

She has been awarded Asia Cornea Society CorneaEd International Training Grant 2013, Best Service Provider in Hong Kong Eye Hospital 2013, HK Academy of Medicine Distinguished Young Fellow 2017, Hospital Authority Young Achievers Award 2022 and APAO Achievement Award 2023.
