Usanee Reinprayoon has been working as a corneal specialist for 15 years at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. She has experience performing corneal transplantation surgery and provides special services for patients with corneal and anterior segment diseases. She is also an Associate Professor at the Department of Ophthalmology, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand.
She is an instructor of the postgraduate program. Her interests include advanced corneal transplantation techniques, corneal infection, and corneal regeneration. She has more than 20 publications and 5 chapters in various books. Reinprayoon is also a member of the Asia Cornea Society (ACS) and Cornea and Refractive Surgery Society of Thailand (CRST).

The wet-lab will be conducted by expert EK surgeons and instructors, who will demonstrate donor tissue trephination, loading, and insertion. Using human pre-cut corneal tissue, all participants will have the opportunity to be guided by dedicated instructors to perform the fundamental technique of pre-cut donor tissue trephination, correct loading techniques, recipient preparation, and insertion into human corneas mounted on artificial chambers
