Reny Setyowati is in the Infection and Immunology Division in the Ophthalmology Department at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and Dr Sardjito General Hospital. Since 2016 she has been working in the field of infection and immunology and actively participates in scientific meetings.

She attended her undergraduate degree and residency at UGM. In February 2019 she did a clinical observership at Universiti Sains Malaysia, and in 2020 she underwent a fellowship program on Cornea and External Eye Disease at Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (TIO) in Nepal.

Experienced ophthalmologist with over 5 years of experience providing ophthalmology care to patients. Expert in diagnosing and treating corneal infection and immunology problems and diseases. Apart from providing general ophthalmology services, she is committed to helping treat infectious and immunological diseases in the cornea by developing the best services. Eye bank development and quality corneal collagen cross-linking (CXL) services are her current focus.
